Fast shipping times are the lifeblood of any online company. We do all we can to give our customers the quickest shipping times possible.

Our shipping can generally be separated into two parts:

PROCESSING TIME: 

Our processing time consists of order verification, product tailoring, product quality check, and packaging. Due to the high volume of orders, our processing time can take 3-5 business days. However, we strive to get it done within 24 hours of your order.

SHIPPING TIME:

The shipping time is how long it takes from your order being shipped out to landing at your doorstep.

All orders within the continental United States will be shipped from our United States warehouse.

International orders are shipped from the closest international warehouse.

On occasion, our US warehouse runs out of stock. In such cases, your order will be shipped form the closest international warehouse.

Shipping times for most items ranges between 3-10 business days. However, due to the supply chain after-effects of the pandemic, this can (rarely) take up to 15 days.

Each order will be assigned a tracking number that is emailed to you once processing is complete. If you didn't receive a tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, reach out to our team at hi@freshviralfinds.com.
